Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation.
Entebbe, located on the shores of Lake Victoria, is one of Uganda’s most peaceful and scenic gateway cities. Known for its tropical atmosphere, botanical gardens, lakeside views, and relaxed environment, Entebbe serves as the perfect introduction to Uganda. Upon arrival, meet the safari representative and proceed for a comfortable transfer to the hotel while enjoying the lush green surroundings of the city.
Later, spend the remaining evening at leisure and relax before beginning the Uganda primates safari journey.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed towards Kibale Forest National Park.
Proceed through the scenic countryside landscapes of western Uganda while passing through traditional villages, rolling hills, tea plantations, and the Albertine Rift Valley escarpments. The journey offers remarkable views of Uganda’s lush greenery and rural beauty across the Bunyoro and Toro Kingdom regions. On clear days, enjoy distant views of the legendary Rwenzori Mountains, famously referred to as the “Mountains of the Moon” due to their snowcapped peaks and dramatic mountain scenery.
Later, arrive at Kibale National Park, one of Africa’s premier primate destinations and home to 13 species of primates including chimpanzees. The park is also renowned for its rich birdlife, tropical rainforest ecosystem, and Crater Lake region. Proceed to visit the scenic Kasenda Crater Lakes region and the famous “Top of the World” viewpoint offering panoramic views of volcanic crater lakes, rolling hills, and tea plantations. Continue to visit Lake Nyinambuga, one of Uganda’s most photographed crater lakes featured on the Ugandan 20,000 shilling note.

Overnight stay at hotel in Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast at hotel, proceed for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest National Park.
Proceed to the park headquarters for briefing before entering the rainforest in search of chimpanzees. Kibale National Park is internationally recognized for having one of the highest concentrations of primates in East Africa. Trek through dense forest trails while observing chimpanzees, monkeys, birds, butterflies, and tropical vegetation within their natural habitat.
Later, proceed towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular savannah park famous for its remarkable wildlife diversity, scenic crater lakes, and the Kazinga Channel ecosystem. The park hosts elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, antelopes, hippos, and over 600 bird species.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for a game drive in Kasenyi Plains followed by a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel.
Proceed for a morning safari inside Queen Elizabeth National Park while exploring the Kasenyi Plains, one of the park’s best wildlife viewing regions. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, leopards, and other wildlife species across the savannah landscape.
Later, proceed for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. The channel is famous for hosting one of Africa’s highest concentrations of hippos along with crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous aquatic bird species. The cruise offers exceptional photography opportunities and close wildlife encounters along the shoreline.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed towards the Ishasha sector and later transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Proceed through the southern Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, internationally famous for its rare tree-climbing lions often seen resting on fig tree branches. The Ishasha plains also support buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, and diverse birdlife across the scenic savannah ecosystem.
Later, continue towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s oldest rainforests. Bwindi is globally renowned for protecting nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorilla population while also hosting rich biodiversity including birds, butterflies, mammals, and dense rainforest vegetation.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Proceed to the park headquarters for an early morning briefing before beginning the gorilla trekking experience inside Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Trek through dense rainforest trails, steep forest slopes, and mist-covered vegetation in search of a habituated gorilla family. The trekking duration varies depending on the gorillas’ movements within the forest, offering an adventurous and immersive rainforest experience. Upon locating the gorillas, spend one unforgettable hour observing their social behavior, feeding habits, family interactions, and natural environment while capturing memorable photographs.
Later, return to the lodge for relaxation after the trekking experience. If time permits, proceed to visit the Ride 4 A Woman community project, an inspiring women empowerment initiative supporting local women through handicrafts, basket weaving, tailoring, and cultural activities. The visit offers valuable insight into local traditions and sustainable community tourism efforts within the Bwindi region.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed towards Lake Mburo National Park.
Proceed through the scenic Ankole region known for its rolling hills, cattle farms, and traditional long-horned Ankole cattle. Later, arrive at Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah national park and one of the best locations for walking safaris and zebra sightings. The park is home to zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and diverse bird species.
Later, proceed for a boat cruise on Lake Mburo while observing hippos, crocodiles, water birds, and wildlife gathering along the lakeshore ecosystem.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for a game drive while exiting Lake Mburo National Park and continue towards Entebbe.
Proceed for a final wildlife experience inside Lake Mburo National Park while spotting zebras, impalas, elands, topis, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. The park’s open savannah landscape and acacia woodlands provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities during the morning hours.
Later, continue towards Uganda Equator for a stopover experience and photography session at the famous Equator crossing point. Proceed towards Entebbe and transfer to the international airport for the scheduled departure flight, marking the end of the Uganda wildlife and primates safari adventure.
