  We travelled to Italy through SEGV tours. It was a big group of four families. Akshit managed everything seamlessly starting from the seemingly impossible Schengen VISA appointment, tour arrangements, hotel accommodation, intercity train bookings and sight seeing tickets. Akshit came across as friendly, helpful, sincere, earnest and proactive in all his efforts.. His team was equally helpful and made our travel and related details easy to understand and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. His choice of hotels was really decent and we liked the accommodation provided to us. He was constantly available on whastapp and helped solve small nitty gritty daily issues instantly by coordinating with the ground operators in Italy.   We enjoyed the 20 day Vietnam tour in February 24.
It was nicely organised & coordinated.
We did not have to bother about anything.
The best places/trips were,
Bana Hills, Phu quoc Islands, Ha long Bay.

  This was my first experience of a group tour. SEG had organised our 10 day trip to Vietnam and overall the experience in terms of arrangements- pick up, hotels, sightseeing at various places etc was great and smooth. The places covered were well selected. I don’t know whether further fine tuning was possible so that transit time ( flight selection) could me minimized or timed optimally.   We booked our honeymoon trip from SEGV tours to Australia for December 2023 end .  It was so good ! Hotels were decent and the travel partners for tour guides  in Australia chosen were really good . Transfers were always on time.  The whole team was so patient with all our queries and iterations on itineraries. The bookings were made on time and were up to the mark! They were also available to guide on WhatsApp while we were on our trip . The cancellations were refunded.
