TOUR Itinerary
On arrival at Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you will be met by our local representative in Italy for a brief meet and greet. Later, proceed to your city centre hotel in Rome for check-in.
The capital of the Great Roman Empire and home to the Roman Catholic Church, Rome has been at the centre of European politics and Christianity since antiquity. After the fall of the Roman empire due to corruption and overindulgence, the city eventually fell into despair and ruin until the city’s rebirth as a centre for awe-inspiring art and culture, and delicious cuisine. Today, Rome is one of the most visited city in the world, where tourists come from all over the world to explore its history and culture and fell in love with this ‘eternal city’.
After freshening-up at the hotel, we will proceed for a tour of the world’s smallest country, Vatican City.
Home to the Pope, Vatican City is an independent country with a population of just 800 people located within the city of Rome. We will start the sightseeing tour of the Vatican with a visit to St Peter’s Square. This beautiful space with glorious fountains and Egyptian Obelisks is the place where people gather every Wednesday to see the pope and seek his blessings. Next we will visit St Peter’s Basilica. Built on the same spot where St Peter was buried, the basilica is a awe-inspiring church with breath-taking beauty enshrined in its religious sculptures built by famous artists such as Michelangelo.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed for a city tour of Rome to see some of Rome’s best-preserved ancient sites.
We will start the city tour with a visit to the Colosseum, one of the new seven wonders of the world. With a seating capacity of 80,000 spectators, it was the largest amphitheater in the world at the time of its construction in 72 AD. Its arena was used for gladiator fights, animal hunting, reenactments of famous battles and mythological plays. After the tour of Colosseum, we will take a tour of the Roman Forum, an iconic plaza at the hub of daily life in ancient Rome. Important public affairs such as elections and public speeches were conducted at the Roman Forum, which is dotted with ruins of the Senate House, Temple of Saturn and more.
Later proceed to Trevi fountain. Made in Baroque style using Travertine Stone, it is believed that wishes come true for all those who make a wish at the fountain and throw a coin. We will also visit the Pantheon, an iconic temple built for Roman Gods in 126 A.D., it was later consecrated as a Christina Church. The tour shall end at Piazza Navona, a bustling square with beautiful fountains, street artists and painters.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check-out and proceed to the Railway Station to catch a train to Salerno. Upon arrival, transfer to the coastal town of Positano on Amalfi Coast
and check in at the hotel.
The popular and picturesque Amalfi coast is a winding coastline along the Tyrrhenian Sea which is sprinkled with small towns and villages that attract people from all over the
world who come here to enjoy their delicious cuisine and relax by the beaches. Positano is the most beautiful among these small fishing town and is embellished with colourful buildings cascading down the hill all the way down to the nice beach. Enjoy the rich culture and tradition of this small town while soaking in the sun.
Rest of the day is free for you to explore Positano on your own.

Return back richer, with memories that you will treasure for a lifetime.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will catch a ferry to the famous Island of Capri.
Famous for its magnificent scenery, Capri is a favorite holiday destination of both Italians and international travelers. The island has two main towns Capri (East) and Ana Capri(west) and is the favorite rest stop for a number of migratory birds.
We will start the tour of Capri with a boat trip to the Blue Grotto. The sea cave has an extremely small opening and requires the passengers to lay back on the bottom of the boat to enter it. Tourists are rewarded by sights of an out-worldly cave glistening in shimmering blue light. After going to the depths of Blue Grotto, we will take a chairlift to the top of Mount Solaro. Along the ride, you will enjoy exciting panoramic views of Capri Island and the beautiful Amalfi coast. Finally visit Capri’s Piazzetta Umberto I. This is Capri’s main square and the hub of all island activity. The square is lined with cafes which are frequented by celebrities and commoners alike. Rest of the day is free for you to explore Capri on your own.
In the evening, we will take the return ferry to Positano.

After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and transfer to Naples Train Station. From Naples, we will catch a train to the city of Florence.
During Medieval times, Florence was one of the wealthiest cities in the world and was at the centre of arts and culture. Today, Florence occupies a place in the hearts of art aficionados and is the capital of the beautiful Tuscany region of Italy. The city features artworks by the most notable personalities such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dante and Botticelli. Financially backed by the powerful Medici family of Florence, these greats gave birth to the Renaissance movement that spread throughout the world.
After freshening up at the hotel. Head out for a walking tour of the lively Historic centre of Florence, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, at Piazza del Duomo, you shall witness the beauty of the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistry, Campanile of Giotto and several others notable buildings. The architecture of these buildings, their surrounding sculptures and their artwork are products of 600 years of profound artistic activity in the region in the 15th and 16th century. Marvel at the most famous sculpture in the world, that of David by Michelangelo at Gallerie Dell’Academia.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed for a tour of the beautiful Tuscany region.
Begin the tour with a visit to the the medieval gem of Siena. Pass through the picturesque streets and explore main piazza of the city – Piazza del Campo. Other sights include the beautiful Siena Cathedral and Torre del Mangia.Then drive onwards to the hilltop town of San Gimignano. Sometimes called a medieval Manhattan, San Gimignano is visible from close and far, with its unmistakable medieval “skyscrapers.” there are still thirteen towers intact in this perfectly preserved hilltop town. Visit the main square – Piazza della Cisterna, where you can find the Cathedral, Duomo, and lovely architecture.
Next, drive about one hour through the rolling hills of Tuscany to reach a lovely winery in the countryside outside of San Gimignano. Indulge in a wine tasting of high-level wines accompanied by a delicious typical Tuscan meal with meat and cheese plate, pasta, and dessert.
Finally, visit the medieval city of Pisa. Here we will marvel at the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa which is renowned world over for its outrageous slant. Also located in the same
complex, the cathedral and cemetery are architectural marvels that play with white marbles and colourful mosaics.The baptistry, also located nearby, is famous for its amazing acoustic design which allowed the bishop to communicate with the people
without using a mike.

A number of mountains, parks, Mediterranean style squares and arcades, and mountainous viewpoints surround the city that is a traffic-free historic township. In this city, you will surely fall for the amazing Italianate architecture, promenades by the side of the lakes, parks on the waterfront, shopping streets and full of life squares with arcades and restaurants.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed to the train station to board a train to Lugano. Upon arrival in the city, we will transfer to the hotel for check-in. After breakfast at the hotel, rest of the day has been kept free for your leisure.
You can start the day with a walk through the historic centre of Lugano. Stroll through Lugano’s main shopping district, and see locals enjoying themselves in the many outdoor restaurants. A highlight will be going inside of the 15th-century church which is simply called “the church”. Inside, you’ll see impressive mural paintings made by the Italian artist Bernardino Luini, one of Leonardo da Vinci’s disciples.
You can also take a bus to the start of the Gandria Olive Trail footpath where you’ll enjoy a leisurely one-hour walk on the paved historic “Olive Trail” along the lakeside. You’ll eventually reach the romantic village of Gandria, which is nestled along the banks of Lake Lugano.
Afterwards, board a public boat and cruise to one of Lugano’s most scenic areas. Here, you can have lunch along with the local wine while overlooking beautiful Lake Lugano with its surrounding mountains and villages. Following your lunch experience, your boat will return you to the city.

Lucerne is a small, picturesque city in central Switzerland and located on a lake by the same name – Lake Lucerne. After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the train station and catch a train to Engelberg for the unforgettable Mt Titlis mountain experience.
Upon reaching Engelberg train station, it’s a 10 minute walk to the Titlis valley station. From here, climb onto the Titlis Rotair, the world’s first rotating cable car that offers 360 degree views of the surrounding snow covered mountain peaks. Once you reach at the top, there are tons of activities you can enjoy at the Titlis glacier park which is a snowy theme park.
To reach the Titlis glacier park, you have to further ascend on the ice flyer chair lift which is quite an adventurous experience in itself. At the theme park, you should definitely indulge in snow tubing, as you whiz down the slope in a rubber tire and also cross the cliff walk, the highest suspension bridge in Europe that connects Mt Titlis with a nearby mountain peak.

Known as the fashion capital of the world, Milan is a modern cosmopolitan city with a flair for art, fashion, food and history. It is the leading financial centre of the country and attracts immigrants from all over the world, making it one of the most diverse cities in Europe. The city has a continental climate with hot humid summers and damp chilly winters. With two world-renowned football clubs based in the city, AC Milan and Inter Milan, Milanese people are extremely passionate about the sport.
After resting at the hotel, we will proceed for a city tour of Milan.
We will begin the tour with a visit to the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie to marvel at one of the most recognisable paintings in the world – The Last Supper by Leonardo Di Vinci. The spell-binding mural depicts the scene of the dinner when Jesus predicts that one of his 12 Apostles (disciples) would betray him. After being awed by the painting, we will proceed to the Duomo di Milano. One of the largest and most beautiful churches in the world, it is decorated with surreal life-like sculptures and colourful stained windows built by some of the greatest artists in the world. Next we will check out the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the oldest shopping arcade in Italy which houses exclusive high-end boutiques and stores of famous luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Prada.

Return to Milan and overnight stay at the hotel.
