TOUR Itinerary
On arrival at the Tbilisi international airport, you will be welcomed by the tour driver and then transferred to your hotel. We will then proceed to check-in at hotel.
Tbilisi is the capital of the country of Georgia. Its cobblestoned old town reflects a long, complicated history, with periods under Persian and Russian rule. Its diverse architecture encompasses Eastern Orthodox churches, ornate art nouveau buildings and Soviet Modernist structures. Looming over it all are Narikala, a reconstructed 4th century fortress, and Kartlis Deda, an iconic statue of the “Mother of Georgia.”

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the tour of Tbilisi.
We begin the tour with a visit to Metekhi Church. The heroic King Vakhtang Gorgasali commissioned the building of the inscribed-cross church in the 5th century. It is dramatically located on the cliff overlooking the Mtkvari River. Later, take the Narikala Fortress Cable car to reach the mountain summit, where you can explore the ancient ruins of Narikala Fortress and savor breathtaking views of the city panorama.
Next, wander along Chardin Street, one of Tbilisi’s oldest streets, known for its charming cafes, clubs, art salons, and galleries. This street is named after the renowned French artist Jean-Baptiste-Simeon Chardin. Experience the essence of Old Tbilisi by visiting the 17th-century Sulfur Baths, featuring subterranean pavilions crowned with unique red brick domes, emitting steam from hot springs, creating a magical atmosphere amid historic homes and intriguing shops.
Stroll down Leselidze Street, where you’ll find an array of souvenir shops and wine houses to explore and venture to Mtatsminda Park, situated on the Holy Mountain. Have a go on the massive Ferris wheel, Ghost Castle dark ride, carousels and water slides—all while you’re at over 2,500 feet above sea level.

After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Kakheti, the eastern region of Georgia.
We first visit Bodbe, a place of great significance in Georgia as the burial site of St. Nino, the enlightener of the Georgian people. Visiting Bodbe allows you to learn about the deep spiritual history of Georgia and appreciate its cultural heritage. The serene atmosphere and stunning surroundings make it a peaceful destination for travelers interested in history and spirituality.
Our next stop is Sighnaghi, is a small town in the Kakheti region, often referred to as the “City of Love.” Kakheti area is renowned for its breath-taking landscapes, 8000-year-old traditional winemaking, rich history, and charming cities. The locals are known for their warm hospitality, and the cuisine is both diverse and delicious. We shall visit the Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking (KTW) Winery which is a hub of Georgian winemaking technology and one of Georgia’s most popular tourist spots. You can also enjoy shopping in the local markets as Sighnaghi is famous for its handcrafted carpets, knitted clothes and woven rugs.
Return back to hotel for overnight stay in Tbilisi.
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day excursion to the enchanting town of Kazbegi (also known as Stepantsminda), nestled in the breathtaking Greater Caucasus mountains.
Enroute one of the most beautiful road trips in the world, make a stop at the remarkable Ananuri Fortress, a medieval marvel that overlooks the Zhinvali water reservoir. The Fortress is one of the must-visit places in Georgia which holds tremendous historical importance. Located along the turquoise waters of the Aragvi River, Ananuri Fortress had seen numerous battles that Georgians both won and lost.
Once we reach Kazbegi, we shall take visit Gudauri ski resort – a favourite among skiers. The exceptional landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains, sun-kissed slopes, high-altitude Mountains, and snow-capped surroundings, give you enough reasons to holiday at the Gudauri Ski Resort. Here, we shall see the Friendship Monument which was built to commemorate the friendship between Russia and Georgia, overlooking Devil’s Valley in the Caucasus mountains.
Afterwads, prepare for an exhilarating 4×4 vehicle ride to Georgia’s most iconic church – the Gergeti Trinity Church. The Church is, located on the hilltop with the backdrop of Kazbek Mountain. This is the most photographed and landmark Orthodox church in the country. Overlooking the town of Stephantsminda, the view from the church is absolutely breathtaking. It is said that the national treasure was hidden there during various invasions due to its inaccessibility by the invaders.
Return back to Tbilisi for overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, rest of the day has been kept free for you to explore Tbilisi at your own leisure.
You can opt for our optional tour or enjoy shopping in Tbilisi at Rustaveli Avenue, which is lined with boutiques, designer stores, and local shops. Or spend the afternoon leisurely in Rike Park, a modern urban oasis along the Kura River. Wine connoisseurs can also visit local winery, like the Shilda Winery or Khareba Winery, to learn about the traditional wine-making process and enjoy tastings.

OPTIONAL TOUR : Enjoy a tour to the ancient city of Mtskheta, often referred to as the “Second Jerusalem” in Georgia. This historic city holds immense significance. You will have the opportunity to explore two of Christianity’s most significant sites: the Jvary Monastery and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Next, proceed to Gori, an important city along the Silk Road. Here, tourists will have the chance to visit the Joseph Stalin Museum, a dedication to the life of the Soviet Union’s leader who was born in Gori.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to airport catch a flight back to India.
