Despite its small size, the city offers a rich blend of modern culture and old Norse history, making it a perfect gateway to the rest of Iceland.
Explore the city’s central streets, visit the iconic Hallgrímskirkja church, or relax at one of the many local cafes. Reykjavík’s coastal location also offers beautiful harbour views and a chance to spot the Sun Voyager sculpture, a symbol of exploration and hope.

After breakfast at Hotel, drive to Varmaland with en route visits to Deildartunguhver Thermal Spring and Grábrók volcano crater.
Located in West Iceland, Varmaland is a peaceful countryside area known for its geothermal activity and lush greenhouses. Continue with a Vatnshellir cave tour, which takes you deep into an 8,000-year-old lava tube located within Snæfellsjökull National Park. The cave features fascinating rock formations and offers insight into Iceland’s volcanic origins.

Later, proceed to visit the Geysir geothermal area, where boiling mud pots and erupting hot springs showcase the Earth’s geothermal power. While the Great Geysir itself erupts infrequently, its neighbor Strokkur shoots water 20–30 meters into the air every few minutes, offering a spectacular sight.

Jökulsárlón, located in southeast Iceland, is one of the country’s most breathtaking glacial lagoons. It is situated at the edge of the Vatnajökull National Park and is fed by the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier. The lagoon is filled with floating icebergs of various shapes and sizes, making it a surreal and captivating sight
Proceed with the Jökulsárlón Amphibian Boat Tour, which offers a chance to sail among the massive icebergs. Later, proceed to visit Skógafoss, one of Iceland’s largest and most powerful waterfalls, dropping 60 meters with an impressive roar.
