    After breakfast, transfer to the train station to take your high-speed train “Afrasiyob” to Bukhara. You can visit one of the ancient Khorezm fortresses dating back 2,000 years ago along the way.

    These ancient fortresses, dating back 2,000 years, are remnants of the Khorezm civilization. Each fortress has a unique design and historical significance Ayaz-Kala, Toprak-Kala, and Kyzyl-Kala are some notable examples. Explore their imposing walls and get a glimpse of the past civilizations that thrived in the region.
    The land journey usually takes about 8 hours with a stop for picnic lunch on the way. Alternatively, you can schedule your time to board a train to Bukhara. It leaves Khiva in the morning on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays only, and arrives in Bukhara in about 5 hours. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and rest.

    After lunch, visit the Tosh Khovi Palace, the second residence of Khiva rulers along with the Haram, and the mausoleum of Pahlavon Mahmud, a poet, philosopher and legendary wrestler, patron of the city, one of the most sacred and beautiful of Khiva. The Royal Caravanserai has its own charming bazaar and from this view you can have free time to stroll and shop in the local market in Khiva.

    After dinner, we will go to the Madrasah of Muhammad Aminkhan to watch a folklore show and dance to Khorezm music called “Lazgi”. After the folklore show, you will have the opportunity to experience the charming night walks of Khiva.

    After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Urganch International Airport for your domestic flight to Tashkent, the modern capital of Uzbekistan. Upon arrival, your local transfer will receive you and begin the city exploration. Start with a visit to the Alisher Navoi Theater, an architectural gem named after the great Uzbek poet and thinker.
