In the afternoon, we will visit Pena Palace in Sintra. Pena Palace is one of the world’s most magnificent palaces which exemplifies a 19th century Romanticism style of architecture. It boasts of colourfully painted terraces, decorative mythological statues and sumptuous state rooms that have been restored to their glory days after the Portugal royalty fled the palace following the Portuguese revolution in 1910.
Later, feel free to step out and explore the charming local neighborhood, getting your first glimpse of Lisbon’s historic tram lines and scenic viewpoints. You may choose to enjoy dinner at a traditional Portuguese restaurant, indulging in some local delicacies.

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a spiritual journey to Fátima, one of the most significant pilgrimage sites in the world. The Sanctuary of Fátima commemorates the Marian apparitions witnessed by three shepherd children in 1917. It draws millions of Catholic pilgrims annually who come to pray, reflect, and witness the nightly candlelight processions. Spend time at the Sanctuary of Fátima, lighting candles and soaking in the tranquil ambiance of this sacred space.

Proceed to visit the Dom Luís I Bridge. The Dom Luís I Bridge is a double-deck metal arch bridge spanning the Douro River, offering panoramic views and connecting the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Later, explore the Clérigos Tower, a Baroque masterpiece, offers sweeping views of the city from its 240-step spiral staircase and stands as one of Porto’s iconic landmarks.

Another one is the Soares dos Reis National Museum which houses fine art collections, especially from 19th-century Portuguese artists, and is Portugal’s oldest public art museum.
Proceed to visit the Electric Car Museum. It offers a nostalgic journey into the history of trams and electric public transport in Porto, complete with vintage vehicles and interactive displays. After breakfast at the hotel, begin your return journey to Lisbon with two picturesque stops en route. First, visit the coastal town of Nazaré, renowned for its towering waves and scenic cliffside viewpoints.
Nazaré is world-famous for its record-breaking waves, attracting top surfers from around the globe. The town’s Sitio district offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from atop 318-foot cliffs.
Later, proceed to the medieval town of Óbidos, a well-preserved medieval town known for its whitewashed houses, vibrant bougainvillea, and Gothic and Renaissance architecture. Here, you’ll walk through cobblestone streets surrounded by ancient walls. Sample the famous cherry liqueur Ginja de Óbidos, often served in a small chocolate cup.
