1. Positano

Take a flight from Naples to reach Positano under the 11 hours duration only. A boat tour from Amalfi to Positano is also recommended or you can travel to the destination with a Taxi from Naples. 2. The Path of Gods

The best hiking destination for tourists is the 4.7-mile, downhill Path of the Gods, which offers breathtaking views of the sea and the coastline and takes three to five hours to complete.

Transportation

To reach the spot, hike from Sorrento and then travel to Amalfi by SITA bus. After that, take a different bus—which takes nearly two hours—to Bomerano. Next, stroll to Nocelle from Bomerano, and then continue on foot or by bus to Positano.

3. Furore Fjord

Discover the enchanting and amazing views of the sea from the tiny cove that is tucked between the adjoint granite walls. Viewers have been drawn to the location because of the serene swimming and beachside sunbathing conditions.

Transportation

By traveling along the Campania’s coast, you can wind your way between Amalfi and Positano, passing close to Conce dei Marini, among the trees and vineyards. It takes eight minutes and costs a maximum of €9 to €12 to get here from the Amalfi Coast by taxi.

4. Ravello

A resort town set 365 meters above the Tyrrhenian Sea by the coast of Amalfi lies Ravello which is home to cliffside gardens renown to draw the tourists and one of the reasons for its popularity and splendor. 

Transportation

You can reach Ravello through the flight which would take a maximum amount of 11 hours. All cars are supposed to parking lot not too far from the Duomo with taxis available at Piazza Duomo and San Giovanni del Toro.

6. Villa Rufolo

With a view of Piazza Vescovado, the Villa is a prominent historical landmark in Ravello, having been constructed in the 11th and 13th centuries. Built by affluent merchants, the Villa was considered the most luxurious residence on the Amalfi Coast in its heyday and served as a hotel for kings and noblemen of the era. 

Transportation

Travel through the A3 Napoli- Pompei- Salerno motorway and leave at ‘Vietri sul Mare’ exit then follow the signs and landmarks along the towns of Cetara, Maiori, and Minori to reach the Villa. Another method is to take the bus right outside the main square of Ravello to reach. The tickets cost ₹721, or €8.

7. Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta e Cripta Medievale

Discover the splendour of the Santa Maria Assunta church, which is connected to the 17th-century Benedictine monastery of Santa Maria and underwent 19th-century renovations to meet the needs of the temple. Beautiful from the exterior, the church’s interior architecture is equally stunning, and it houses an image of a Black Madonna and Child in the Byzantine style from the 12th century.

Transportation

Take the transit line of E36 from the bus or take a Taxi to reach the church with a free admission to the church.

8. Grotta dello Smeraldo (Emerald Cave)

By virtue of its waters and historical legends, the small cave, also called the Emerald Grotto or Cave, is a source of splendor and beauty situated in the village of Conca dei Marini. It was remarkably formed naturally over millions of years, and its allure is enhanced by the sunlight reflecting off the turquoise water, which takes on an emerald hue, hence its name.

Transportation

Take the direct bus to the cave, which leaves from Amalfi. However, the quickest way to get there is by taxi, which costs between €8 and €10.

9. Valle delle Ferriare

Transportation

An eleven-hour flight from Naples will lead you to Salerno. To get to Salerno while enjoying the beauty of the sea, you can then take one of three options: a bus that leaves from Busitalio to Salerno (tickets are available from the office from 8 am to 2 pm), a train from the sea lines, or a ferry.

Snorkeling is a technique in which a person swims in a body of water face down, breathing in ambient air through an air tube called a snorkel while wearing swimming goggles to protect their eyes. Amalfi offers visitors a variety of snorkeling and diving trips.

From Positano, Salerno, Cetara, Maiori, or Minori, board a ferry to the Amalfi Snorkel coast. After being dropped off at Pennello Pier, it will only take you two minutes to walk to Darsena Pier.

12. Kayaking

Kayaks are streamlined boats that are rowed with large paddlers to slice through the water on both ends contributing to the sport of Kayaking. It is distinguished from canoeing by the different seating positions. 

Transportations

From Positano, Salerno, Cetara, Maiori, or Minori, board a ferry to the Amalfi Kayaking coast. After being dropped off at Pennello Pier, it will only take you two minutes to walk to Lido delle Sirene beach.
